Yoka Chat - Account and Data Deletion
1) How to Request Account Deletion
You can request deletion of your account by contacting support from inside the app or by email at yoka.app1@gmail.com. Please include your account identifier so we can verify the request.
2) What Will Be Deleted
We will delete or anonymize personal account data and linked access information, subject to any legal, safety, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or regulatory obligations that require limited temporary retention of specific records.
3) Processing Time
Deletion requests are processed within a reasonable period after we verify the identity of the account owner and confirm that the request is valid and safe to complete.
4) Data We May Need to Retain
Some records may be retained for a limited period when necessary to comply with law, prevent fraud or abuse, protect users, resolve disputes, enforce policies, or preserve safety-related evidence.
